{"id":643,"date":"2013-04-05T13:26:36","date_gmt":"2013-04-05T05:26:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/203.169.145.201\/~phyc\/?p=643"},"modified":"2015-07-07T17:37:03","modified_gmt":"2015-07-07T09:37:03","slug":"hong-kong-economic-journal-6-mar-2013-c2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/psychplus.com.hk\/?p=643","title":{"rendered":"Hong Kong Economic Journal 6 mar 2013 (C2)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u8207\u7cbe\u795e\u75c5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u9999\u6e2f\u8fd1\u4f86\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u4e8b\u4ef6\u5347\u5e45\u9a5a\u4eba\uff0c2011\u5e74\u8650\u5076\u6709\u4e09\u5343\u4e00\u767e\u4e03\u5341\u56db\u5b97\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u6bcf\u65e5\u767c\u751f\u8fd1\u4e5d\u5b97\u8650\u5076\u6216\u540c\u5c45\u4f34\u4fb6\u500b\u6848\u3002\u4f55\u8b02\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\uff1f\u6839\u64da\u4e16\u754c\u885b\u751f\u7d44\u7e54\uff08WHO\uff09\u7684\u5b9a\u7fa9\uff0c\u89aa\u5bc6\u4f34\u4fb6\u53ca\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u4e2d\uff0c\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u4e0d\u8ad6\u662f\u7537\u6027\u662f\u5973\u6027\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u53d7\u5230\u4efb\u4f55\u884c\u70ba\u5c0e\u81f4\u8eab\u9ad4\u3001\u5fc3\u7406\u6216\u6027\u50b7\u5bb3\u7684\u66b4\u529b\u884c\u70ba\u4fbf\u662f\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u8eab\u9ad4\u8650\u5f85\u3001\u7cbe\u795e\u51cc\u8fb1\u3001\u6027\u8650\u5f85\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u5f37\u8feb\u6027\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u5404\u7a2e\u64cd\u7e31\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u5982\u793e\u4ea4\u5b64\u7acb\u3001\u6050\u5687\u548c\u525d\u7d93\u6fdf\u5c01\u9396\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u64da\u4e16\u885b\u65bc\u591a\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u5a66\u5973\u5065\u5eb7\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4f30\u8a08\u591a\u905415%\u81f371%\u5a66\u5973\u66fe\u53d7\u4f34\u4fb6\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u50b7\u5bb3\u6216\u6027\u4fb5\u72af\u5c0d\u5f85\uff0c\u5fc3\u7406\u8650\u5f85\u662f\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u4e2d\u4e3b\u8981\u6210\u56e0\uff0c\u4ea6\u662f\u5f15\u81f4\u80b2\u9f61\u5a66\u5973\u7684\u767c\u75c5\u548c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u4e3b\u56e0\u3002\u76f8\u5c0d\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u7684\u7537\u6027\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u6bd4\u5973\u6027\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u70ba\u5c11\u3002\u5728\u73fe\u4eca\u793e\u6703\u5df2\u5ee3\u6cdb\u8a8d\u540c\uff0c\u5c0f\u5b69\u6216\u6210\u4eba\u906d\u53d7\u5230\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u7684\u50b7\u5bb3\u6703\u5f88\u5927\u6a5f\u6703\u60a3\u4e0a\u6291\u9b31\u75c7\u3001\u7126\u616e\u75c7\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u53ef\u80fd\u5f15\u81f4\u5931\u7720\u3001\u81ea\u6b98\u3001\u81ea\u6bba\u3001\u98f2\u98df\u5931\u8abf\u6216\u6feb\u85e5\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u5c31\u6700\u8fd1\u520a\u767b\u7684\u4e00\u4efd\u82f1\u570b\u6587\u737b\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u8d85\u904e\u56db\u5341\u4efd\u6709\u95dc\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u554f\u984c\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u60a3\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u7537\u6027\u6216\u5973\u6027\uff0c\u6bd4\u4e00\u822c\u4eba\u66f4\u5927\u6a5f\u6703\u906d\u53d7\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\uff0c\u8207\u6c92\u6709\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u554f\u984c\u7684\u5a66\u5973\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u6709\u6291\u9b31\u75c7\u7684\u5a66\u5973\u53d7\u5230\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u5c0d\u5f85\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u662f\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u591a\u4e8c\u9ede\u4e94\u500d\uff1b\u6709\u7126\u616e\u75c7\u7684\u5a66\u5973\u5247\u591a\u51fa\u4e09\u9ede\u4e94\u500d\uff0c\u800c\u6709\u5275\u50b7\u5f8c\u58d3\u529b\u5fc3\u7406\u969c\u7919\u75c7\u7684\u5a66\u5973\u66f4\u9ad8\u9054\u591a\u51fa\u7d04\u4e03\u500d\u3002\u53e6\u5916\u5973\u6027\u56e0\u53d7\u5230\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u800c\u60a3\u4e0a\u5f37\u8feb\u75c7\u3001\u98f2\u98df\u5931\u8abf\u3001\u7cbe\u795e\u5206\u88c2\u75c7\u548c\u8e81\u9b31\u75c7\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u4e5f\u6703\u76f8\u61c9\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u7576\u7136\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u5973\u6027\uff0c\u7537\u6027\u60a3\u6709\u7cbe\u795e\u969c\u7919\u4e5f\u6703\u589e\u52a0\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u4f46\u7537\u6027\u7684\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u4f30\u8a08\u4f4e\u65bc\u70ba\u5a66\u5973\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u8b49\u660e\u4e86\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u5f80\u5f80\u5c0e\u81f4\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u6709\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6709\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u4eba\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u906d\u53d7\u5230\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\uff1b\u82e5\u61f7\u7591\u81ea\u5df1\u56e0\u53d7\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u800c\u60a3\u6709\u7cbe\u795e\u969c\u7919\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u61c9\u8a72\u5411\u793e\u5de5\u3001\u5bb6\u5ead\u91ab\u751f\u3001\u81e8\u5e8a\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u5bb6\u6216\u7cbe\u795e\u79d1\u91ab\u751f\u6c42\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u8207\u7cbe\u795e\u75c5 &nbsp;
